STOP ICE 17.76 Limited Edition

STOP ICE 17.76 Limited Edition
Lake Berryessa, 2020. Aftermath of the Henessey Fire.
8x10, edition of 76
16x20, edition of 17
I pulled this image from my archive after remembering about the burned ice machine. Totally forgot there was a stop sign in the photo until revisiting it. The synchronicity of the current moment in America and my previous wildfire work somehow collide.
20% of proceeds will be donated to the Freedom of the Press Foundation, who run the US Press Tracker, which documents instances of journalists being injured or having civil rights violated by state entities while on assignment. The rest helps support my ongoing independent coverage of climate, human rights, and related issues.
Printed in studio by Stuart on archival inks on archival baryata rag paper.
Signed en verso and numbered (on back). 16×20 prints also include a certificate of authenticity and a signed paperback copy of INTO THE INFERNO
Please allow 7 business days for printing, plus 5-7 business days for transit. I endeavor to make prints faster but given current events and my pickiness in making these look really nice, it takes time. I also make each one to order based on the original artist’s proof after running through color tests.
